Refund Policy


Returns
All returns must be requested for processing within 7 days of receiving your package. Please contact LITE first regarding all returns and refunds, in some cases a return may not be necessary to receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return we will need to verify that you are the purchaser or that the item was purchased on your behalf (gifted to you). Please include order number, name of buyer and the ship to address for confirmation.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If 10 days have passed and you have not yet received a refund, contact your bank to ensure that your refund is not pending.

Shipping

Under most circumstances shipping costs are non-refundable and at the discrimination of LITE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated. In the case of incorrect or damaged items LITE will cover all expenses and issue a complete refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable.
